Despite the quality of the product, the market for dietary supplements in Slovenia is saturated and the client was aware that digital activation would be a great step towards increasing brand awareness in the market.
Immuvirex developed a comprehensive social media strategy, mainly on Facebook and Instagram. The focus was on the design and execution of ad campaigns tailored to different target groups and environments. In addition, a specific approach for the social media strategy was developed, defining the key content and timing of posts.
The creation of active channels on Facebook and Instagram enabled direct communication with the audience. As part of our content marketing, we regularly published articles, video content and other posts that supported the value and effectiveness of the product. Throughout the campaign, we managed communications, wrote responses and answered questions or comments. We tracked and analysed the campaign's performance to ensure optimal results.
The campaign made Immuvirex a more recognisable brand in the market with a strong and active community of followers. With the channels in place, the brand now has the opportunity to directly address the interested public and interact more with its target group. In this way, trust in the product is increased.
The campaign reached more than 2 million ad impressions, reaching more than 380k people. Thus, despite limited resources for the campaign, we achieved repeated exposure and thus increased visibility. The community of followers increased to more than 1,500 people, proving that consumers want to keep up to date with information and news about Immuvirex.
